Brandon T. Willenberg is a business litigator with a wide range of experience litigating business, insurance and employment-related issues. Brandon comes to Castañeda Lawyers, P.C., after 15 years of experience in Big Law with Mintz Levin, Fish & Richardson and Cozen O’Connor.

Brandon’s litigation experience includes litigating bad faith, coverage, subrogation and third party commercial liability matters on behalf of insurance carriers such AIG and Zurich.  Brandon also has extensive experience representing corporations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in trade secrets, employment, and commercial litigation matters.  Additionally, Brandon has counseled clients and performed internal corporate and employment investigations ranging from workplace harassment to embezzlement.  

Brandon graduated Cum Laude from Cal Western Law School in 2001 and attended Kenyon College as an undergrad. While in law school, Brandon received the Award for Academic Excellence in Trial Practice, and was a member of the Roger J. Traynor Moot Court Team.

Brandon served as law clerk to the Honorable James F. Stiven of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. Brandon is admitted to practice in California and Nevada.
